A healthy and easy-to make recipe with eggs.
Ingredients for 2 persons
- 4 eggs
- 80 g of plain yoghurt
- 1 tablespoon of chives or spring onions (green part)
- 2 tablespoons of paprika
Step 1: eggs cooking
Boil water and immerse the eggs in it. Cook 10 minutes from boiling.
At the end of cooking, quickly pass the eggs under cold water to remove the shell more easily.
Swab the eggs, then let them cool.
Cut eggs in half lengthwise. Carefully remove yolks from whites, keeping whites intact.
In a mixing bowl, mash the egg yolks. Stir in the yoghurt, chopped chives and a spoonful of paprika. Mix well.
With a spoon, stuff the egg whites with the mixture.
Sprinkle the rest of the paprika on the top of the stuffed eggs.
Keep the eggs cool in the fridge until serving.
