A delicious dish in sauce, easy and quick to make!
Ingredients for 2 persons
- 200 g of chicken breast
- 400 g of chopped tomatoes and juice
- 200 ml of coconut milk
- 3 teaspoons of curry powder
- Chili powder, salt et pepper (to be dosed according to your preference)
Cut the chicken in dice.
Heat a non-stick pan over high heat and add the chicken pieces.
Cook the chicken, stirring regularly, until all chicken pieces are golden brown. When the chicken is grilled, remove the pan from the heat.
Add all the other ingredients to the chicken: the chopped tomatoes and their juice, the coconut milk, the curry, a pinch of pepper, a pinch of pepper, a pinch of salt. Mix.
Put a lid on the pan and then simmer on medium heat (5/10) for 10 minutes, stirring regularly.
After 10 minutes of cooking, taste the sauce and adjust the seasoning (curry, pepper, salt, pepper).
Serve with white rice and a slice of bread for those who love to sop the last drop of sauce!
