“All-in-one” breakfast

Some people do not like to eat when they get up, others do not have enough time to eat before work or school, etc. This is a recipe that allows you to easily take away where you want a complete breakfast. For athletes, it can serve as a snack before a sports training session.

Ingredients for 1 person

  • 60 g of plain oat flakes
  • 100 ml of semi-skimmed milk (low fat). Are you lactose intolerant? Replace the milk with water.
  • 1 egg
  • 1 apple
  • 20 g of raisins

Did you know? In nutrition, dried fruits are considered as sweet products and therefore to be eaten in moderation.

10 g of dried fruit is equivalent to 5 g of sugar

In this recipe, there is no sugar in our ingredients list, but our preparation will be sweet thanks to the sugar contained in the apple, the raisins and the milk.

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 ° F / 180 ° C

Step 1:

In a bowl, mix oat flakes, raisins et milk.

Step 2:

Beat the egg into an omelette and mix with the other ingredients. Set aside.

Step 3:

Peel the apple and dice it.

Step 4:

Put the mixture into a small gratin dish (300-400 ml).

Bake for 30 minutes at 350 ° F / 180 ° C.

Step 5:

Serve warm or cold.

Why not prepare portions in advance? This type of preparation can be stored for 3 days in the fridge. You can also keep them in the freezer.
