An assembly of thin slices of melting potatoes … a real delight!

Ingredients for 2 persons
- 500 g of potatoes
- 125 ml of semi-skimmed milk (low fat)
- 4 eggs
- 30 g of grated Emmental cheese
- Salt
- Pepper
- Ground nutmeg (optional)
- 1 teaspoon of sunflower oil
Directions
Preheat the oven to 200 ° C / 400 ° F
Step 1:
Peel and wash the potatoes.

Step 2:
Roughly wipe the potatoes with a clean cloth.
Cut the potatoes into thin slices. Set aside.

Step 3:
In a salad bowl, mix the eggs and the milk. Add a little salt, pepper (and nutmeg). Set aside.

Step 4:
Place the oil in a pie plate (diameter 25-28 cm) and spread with a paper towel.

Step 5:
In the pie plate, put a layer of potato slices, then pour 4 tablespoons of the egg mixture.
Repeat step 5 for a second layer.
Make a third and last layer by putting the rest of the potatoes then the rest of the egg mixture.
Step 6:
Sprinkle your cake with grated cheese.

Step 7:
Put in the oven and bake at 200 ° C / 400 ° F for 40 minutes.
