- 1 teaspoon of dried garlic
- 1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
For cauliflower
- 400 g of cauliflower
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 10 g of almond powder
- 100 ml of water
- Salt
- 2 tablespoons of fresh parsley

Directions
Preheat the oven to 200 ° C / 400 ° F
Step 1:
Wash the mushrooms by rubbing them under the water, then slice them into thick slices.

Step 2:
In a mixing bowl, combine the sliced mushrooms with the garlic, the Italian seasoning and a tablespoon of olive oil.
Place the mushrooms on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
Step 3:
Bake the mushrooms in the oven at 200 ° C / 400 ° F for 10 minutes. Keep warm.

Step 4:
Using a mixer robot, mix the cauliflower until you get pieces of the size of rice or semolina grains, depending on your preference.

Step 5:
In a frying pan, heat a tablespoon of olive oil and fry the cauliflower over medium heat (5/10) for 10 minutes. Stir regularly.

After 10 minutes of cooking, sprinkle the almond powder on the cauliflower and pour 100 ml of water. Mix until completely absorbed.
Step 6:
Mix mushrooms (baked in step 3) with cauliflower.
To finish, add the chopped fresh parsley. Salt to your taste.
