A simple and delicious salad recipe cooked with ground pork. A dish idea if you have too many salads or one that is starting to spoil!

Ingredients for 1 person
- 150 g of salad leaves
- 100 g of ground pork
- 25 g of white (or yellow) onion
- 1 teaspoon of olive oil
- 100 ml of beef broth OR ½ cube of beef stock + 100 ml of water
- Salt
Directions
Step 1: vegetables preparation
– Rinse the salad with water. Cut it, keeping the whole leaves as much as possible.
– Peel the onion, remove the germ, then rinse with water. Cut the onion into small dice.

Step 2:
In a frying pan, heat the oil and fry the onion for 2 minutes.
Add the ground pork.

Continue cooking, stirring regularly, until the meat and onion are golden brown.
Step 3:
Add the salad leaves.

Continue cooking for 2 minutes on high heat while mixing; the volume of the salad will start to decrease. When you have successfully mixed all your salad with the meat. Lower the fire power.
Step 4:
Add the beef broth, then put a lid on the pan.
Cook covered over low heat (3/10) for 10 minutes.
Step 5:
After 10 minutes of cooking, remove the cover. Salt the dish to your taste.

Continue cooking for 5 minutes, stirring regularly.
Serve hot.
Eat your dish with rice (100 to 200 g cooked) to make a complete and balanced dish.
