Addicting and healthy cauliflower bites! An idea for a healthy aperitif or a side dish for your meat and fish.
Ingredients for 2 persons
- 1 cauliflower (about 400 g)
- 50 g of flour
- 100 g of water
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- Spices in powder (1 teaspoon of each spice): garam masala, turmeric, cumin, chili powder and coriander
Preheat the oven to 200 ° C / 400 ° F
Cut off the base of the cauliflower core, remove the green leaves, then rinse with water.
Divide the cauliflower into small pieces of uniform size. Set aside in a mixing bowl.
In a bowl, mix the flour, water, salt and spices.
Pour this mixture over the cauliflower pieces.
Mix so as to cover all the pieces of cauliflower with this mixture.
Put the seasoned cauliflower pieces on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake at 200 ° C / 400 ° F for 15 minutes, turning the cauliflower halfway through cooking.
As good hot as cold!
Can be served as an aperitif, in a lunch box, with meat or vegetables, etc.
