Salad with watermelon, strawberries and tomatoes

Eat seasonal food with this fruit salad full of freshness and pleasure!

Ingredients for 2 persons

  • 600 g of fresh fruits: 200 g of watermelon, 200 g of strawberries, 200 g of tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons of fine sugar
  • Some fresh or dried basil

Directions

Step 1:

Cut the flesh of the watermelon into cubes.

Rinse the strawberries with water, then cut into quarters.

Rinse the tomatoes with water. Remove the hard part at the peduncle, then cut into cubes.

Step 2:

In a salad bowl, mix watermelon, strawberries, tomatoes, sugar and basil. Mix.

Let cool for 30 minutes in the refrigerator before serving.
