A dish of vegetables flavored with Indian spices!

Ingredients for 2 persons
- 600 g of Swiss chard (gross weight, 2 bunches)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 small onion
- 30 g of fresh ginger
- 1 teaspoon of dried garlic
- 1 teaspoon of curry
- 1 teaspoon of turmeric
- 1 teaspoon of paprika
- Salt
Directions
Step 1: vegetables preparation
Swiss chard: Wash, then cut into small pieces.
Onion: Peel, remove the sprout, then finely chop.
Ginger: Peel, then finely chop.
Step 2:
In a frying pan, put the chopped onion and ginger with the oil. Add the garlic, curry powder, turmeric and paprika. Mix. Brown over very low heat (3/10) for 3-5 minutes, stirring constantly. The spices must not burn.
Step 3:
Add the chard to the pan, sprinkle with salt. Mix, then put a lid on the pan. Cook covered over medium heat (5/10) for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Step 4:
After 15 minutes of cooking, remove the lid and continue cooking for 5 minutes over high heat, stirring. Adjust the seasoning with salt. The excess water in the pan will evaporate and the chard will begin to grill. Stop cooking when the chard is grilled to your liking.
