CLASSIC VERSION
Ingredients for 1 person
- 1 apple
- 2 teaspoons of flour
- 1 teaspoon of fine sugar
- 1 teaspoon of butter
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F / 180°C.
Step 1:
Prepare the apple: peel, cut in 4, remove the core and cut thin slices.
Place the apple pieces in a baking dish. Set aside.
Step 2:
In a bowl, put the flour, sugar and butter.
Crush the ingredients with your fingertips until it forms crumbs.
Step 3:
Sprinkle these crumbs on the apples.

Step 4:
Put the dish in the hot oven (350°F / 180°C) and cook for 30 minutes.
Your crumble is cooked when the dough is lightly browned.
Serve warm or cold.
REVISITED LIGHT « APPLE LIKE CRUMBLE »
Ingredients for 1 person
- 1 apple
- 10 g of almond powder

Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F / 180°C.
Step 1:
Mix the almond powder with a little water to form a puree. Set aside.

Step 2:
Prepare the apple: wash, peel, cut in 4, remove the core and cut thin slices.
Step 3:
Mix the almond powder with the apple slices.
Almond powder will melt when cooking: its oil will spread on the apple and aromatize it.

Did you know?
In nutrition, almond powder is considered a fat.
10 g of almond powder = 5 ml oil
So even if it is « good fats » it is necessary to limit the daily amount.
Place the apple pieces in a baking dish.

Step 4:
Put the dish in the hot oven (350°F / 180°C) and cook for 30 minutes.
Your crumble is cooked when the apples are lightly browned.
Serve warm or cold.
