You’ll never see your pasta in the same way again…

Ingredients for 4 persons
- 400 g of wheat flour + to spread the dough
- 4 eggs
- 2 teaspoons of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of salt
Special accessories needed: 4 sheets of baking paper (about 30 cm x 30 cm) and a rolling pin

Directions
Step 1:
In a mixing bowl or in the bowl of the mixer, mix all the ingredients.

Step 2:
Knead the dough until forms a compact ball. If necessary, add a little flour (if the dough is too wet) or a little water (if the dough is too dry).

Step 3:
Take ¼ of the dough and form a small ball of dough. Set aside the rest of the dough.
Sprinkle flour on a sheet of baking paper and place the small ball of dough on it.

Step 4:
Using the rolling pin, roll out the dough on the sheet of baking paper by turning it regularly.
When the dough is spread, it should not stick to the paper: if necessary during the preparation, add flour on the dough or on the sheet if necessary
Repeat steps 3 and 4 for the rest of the dough.
Step 5:
By hand, remove excess flour from each spread dough.

Using a knife or a pizza wheel, cut your pasta according to your desires.
A fun activity with children: why not let your child make his own pasta?
Leave the pasta on the sheets of baking paper until cooked.

Boil a pan of salt water.
Pour the pasta into the boiling water. Cook the pasta for 3 to 4 minutes depending on the desired cooking.

Step 7:
At the end of cooking, drain the pasta and serve.
Suggestion of accompaniment for your pasta: a slice of ham cut into strips, plain tomato sauce. And at the end, sprinkle your plate with fresh or dried basil.
