A simple recipe of tender prawns quickly pan-fried with butter, garlic and parsley.

Ingredients for 2 persons
- 300 g of large raw shrimps, peeled and deveined
- 1 tablespoon of dried garlic
- ½ teaspoon of paprika
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of butter
- 2 tablespoons of chopped fresh parsley
- Salt
- Pepper
Directions
Step 1:
Rinse the shrimps with water. Drain them to remove excess water.

Step 2:
In a frying pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat (5/10) and fry the shrimps until they start to turn pink. The cooking time is variable; it’s about 5 minutes if you’re using large frozen shrimps.

During the cooking: mix regularly, pepper and salt. If you are using salted butter in the next step, be careful not to use too much salt.

Step 3:
When the shrimp are cooked and there is no more juice in the pan, add the garlic, paprika and butter.
Continue cooking over medium heat (5/10) for 2 minutes while mixing.
At the end, add the chopped fresh parsley. Mix and serve.
