A simple and tasty dish: grilled chicken in a pan, coated with spices, then covered with a delicious creamy tomato sauce.

Ingredients for 4 persons
• 400 g of chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
• 600 g of fresh tomatoes (= 4 tomatoes)
• 1 tablespoon of olive oil
• 2 teaspoons of Tandoori masala spices
• 100 ml of liquid cream
• 50 g of tomato paste
• Salt
Directions
Step 1:
Cut the chicken into strips. Set aside.
Cut the tomatoes in half slices. Set aside.
Step 2:
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the chicken strips for a few moments.
Step 3:
When chicken pieces are golden, add the spices. If you are afraid that your dish is too spicy: put only ½ teaspoon of spices! You can add more at the end of cooking.
Mix.

Step 4:
Add the tomato slices. Mix.

Put a lid on the pan. Cook on low heat (5/10) for 15 minutes, stirring regularly.

Step 5:
After 15 minutes of cooking, remove the lid of the pan. Cook for a few more minutes until all the juice has evaporated from the pan.

When all the juice has disappeared from the pan, add the tomato paste and the cream. Mix.

Continue cooking for 5 minutes; adjust the tandoori spice seasoning. Salt if necessary.
Serve hot.
