A delicious creamy dish that’s quick and easy to make.
Ingredients for 2 persons
- 300 g of cooked green beans (= equivalent of a 400ml can), drained weight
If you are using fresh green beans – use 400 g of fresh green beans.
Cook in salted boiling water (20 minutes) or steam.
- 100 g of cooked mushrooms (canned)
- 150 g of bacon strips
- 1 egg yolk
- 8 tablespoons of liquid cooking cream
- Salt and pepper
In a pan, fry the bacon strips for a few minutes.
When the pieces are golden brown, remove the excess fat from the pan.
Add the green beans and mushrooms. Mix.
Cook for 5 minutes over medium heat (7/10), stirring regularly.
Beat the egg yolk with the cream, then pour over the vegetables and bacon in the pan. Mix.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Cook for 2 to 3 minutes while stirring. Serve immediately.
To have a complete meal: serve spaghetti with your beans (100-200 g in cooked weight per person) or eat with a slice of bread. Enjoy your meal!
