These chicken breasts simply baked on fresh vegetables, topped with a homemade Teriyaki sauce, are an all-in-one dinner that is ready in minutes!

Ingredients for 2 persons
- 2 chicken fillets
- 250 g of brocoli (gross weight)
- 300 g of carrots (gross weight)
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
For the sauce :
- 3 tablespoons of water
- 3 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- 1 tablespoon of fine sugar
- 2 tablespoons of sesame seeds
Directions
Preheat the oven to 400 °F / 200 °C.
Step 1:
Prepare the broccoli: separate the flowers from the trunk to obtain regular small bouquets.
Wash with water the pieces obtained, then cut them in half.
Step 2:
Prepare the carrots: cut both ends, then peel the carrots.
Wash the carrots with water and cut them into slices.
Step 3:
In a baking dish, mix the pieces of broccoli and carrots with the olive oil.
Salt and pepper.
Place the chicken fillets on the vegetables.

Step 4:
In a mixing bowl, mix all the ingredients of the sauce: water, soy sauce, honey, sugar and sesame seeds.
Pour sauce evenly over chicken and vegetables.
Step 5:
Bake at 400 ° F / 200 ° C for 25 minutes.
After 25 minutes of cooking, turn off the oven. Let it rest in the oven for 5 minutes before serving.
