A simple, warm and filling lentil stew with grilled pork and vegetables.

Ingredients for 2 persons
- 200 g of pork fillet (or pork scallop)
- 200 g of cooked and drained lentils (can)
- 1 white or yellow onion
- 2 red bell peppers
- 2 tomatoes
- Salt and pepper
- 2 teaspoons of olive oil
Directions
Step 1:
Cut the pork into slices.

Step 2:
In a frying pan, heat a teaspoon of oil and fry the pork pieces. Stop cooking when all the pork pieces are well cooked.
Set aside the cooked pork on a plate.

Step 3: prepare the vegetables
Peel, then slice the onion.
Cut the bell peppers into thin strips.
Cut the tomatoes into large cubes.
Step 4:
In a frying pan, heat a teaspoon of oil and fry the onions and bell peppers.
When the onions begin to grill, add the diced tomatoes and the lentils. Salt and pepper.
Mix, then put a lid on the pan.
Cook covered over medium heat for 15 minutes. Stir regularly.
Step 5:
After 15 minutes of cooking, remove the lid from the pan.
Increase the heat and continue cooking until the liquid has evaporated from the pan.
Step 6:
At the end, add the pieces of grilled pork. Mix and adjust the seasoning of your dish with salt and pepper. When your dish is hot, serve immediately.
