Fruit smoothies: basic recipe

Ingredients for 1 person

  • 100 ml of cold drinking water
  • Some ice cubes
  • 150 g of ripe fresh fruits (banana, pear, strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, peach, nectarine, grapes, apple, mango, melon, watermelon, pineapple, kiwi)

Directions

Step 1:

Wash, peel, remove the non-edible parts according to the chosen fruits.

Cut the fruit into small pieces.

Tips: Freeze fruit in advance pieces in plastic bags. In the morning, just put the water in the Blender, pour the contents of a bag and press the button! If your blender is not strong enough, take the fruit out of the freezer the day before and let it thaw in the fridge overnight.

Step 2:

Put the water in the blender, then add the fruit in pieces.

Mix until you get the texture you prefer. Add a little water if necessary.

Step 3:

Serve in a glass with ice cubes and a straw.
