A cucumber salad with a salad dressing seasoned with dill, soy sauce, onion and ginger.

Ingredients for 1 person
- 250 g of cucumber (gross weight)
For the salad dressing:
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons of water
- 1 tablespoon of chopped fresh dill
- ½ teaspoon of onion powder
- ½ teaspoon of ground ginger
Directions
Step 1:
Prepare the cucumbers as usual: with or without the skin, with or without the seeds, in slices or in pieces.
The cucumber is a light vegetable, low in calories, rich in water, fibers and vitamins … BUT many people have trouble digesting it. To make the cucumber more digestible, remove the small seeds in the center of the vegetable by scraping with a small spoon.
Step 2:
In a mixing bowl, mix all the ingredients to make the salad dressing (oil, soy sauce, water, dill, onion, ginger).
Step 3:
Combine the salad dressing and cucumber pieces. Keep cool until serving.
