Warm or cold, a perfect recipe for a snack.

Ingredients for 6 servings
- 6 apples
- 3 tablespoons of sugar
- 150 g of flour
- 2 eggs
- 200 ml of semi-skimmed milk (low-fat)
Directions
Step 1:
Peel the apples and cut into small pieces.

Step 2:
In a non-stick pan, mix the apples and the sugar.

Cook over medium heat (7/10) for 15 minutes, stirring regularly.
Step 3: prepare the crepe batter while cooking the apples
In a salad bowl, pour the flour. Dig a hole in the middle and break the eggs.

Mix gently by slowly adding the milk.
Step 4:
When the apples are caramelized, pour the crepe batter over the apples in the pan; do not mix.
Put a lid on the pan and cook slowly (power 4/10) for 15 minutes.
Step 5:
After 15 minutes of cooking, the crepe is ready.

To serve, return the crepe to a serving platter.
