Strawberry milkshake

Smooth drink to fill up with vitamins and calcium!

Ingredients for 1 person

  • 150 g of ripe strawberries
  • 150 ml of semi-skimmed milk
  • 1 teaspoon of fine sugar

Directions

Step 1:

Wash and hull strawberries.

Cut the strawberries in half.

Step 2:

In a blender, put the ingredients in the following order: milk, strawberries and sugar.

For a lighter version: do not put sugar or use sweetener instead if the strawberries are not sweet enough for you.

Mix according to the desired texture, with more or less pieces of fruit.

Pour into a glass and drink immediately.
