Easy and quick to make, this gourmet carrot dish is perfect for a light dinner

Ingredients for 1 person
- 250 g of carrots (gross weight) = 200 g of carrot slices
- 2 eggs
- 200 ml of low-fat milk (2% fat)
- 30 g of flour
- 2 large tablespoons of fresh cilantro leaves (coriander)
- Salt and pepper

Directions
Preheat the oven to 350 ° F / 180 ° C.
Step 1:
Peel the carrots, then wash them with water.
Cut the carrots into slices

Step 2:
Boil a pan of water.
Salt the boiling water, pour in the carrots and cover.
Cook covered for 5 minutes after boiling time.
Drain the carrots at the end of cooking
Step 3:
In a mixing bowl, whisk the egg with the flour. Add the milk while stirring.
Add the carrots and cilantro. Mix. Add salt and pepper.

Pour this mixture into a gratin dish.

Step 4:
Bake at 350 ° F / 180 ° C for 30 minutes.
Serve immediately.
