Ice Mousse with jam

This Mousse is made with only 2 ingredients, without gelatin and without cooking. A creamy and fluffy mousse … the perfect dessert to serve at any occasion.

Ingredients for 1 person

  • 1 egg white
  • 1 to 2 teaspoons of your favorite jam (20 g maximum)

Directions

Step 1:

Using an electric mixer, wisk the egg white.

When the mixture begins to whiten, add 1 teaspoon of jam.

Continue to wisk the egg white with the jam. Taste the preparation, if necessary add a second spoon of jam.

The jam dosage is done by tasting … depending on the fruit used, the jams have a more or less pronounced sweet flavor.

Continue wisking your mixture until firm peaks form.

Step 2:

Put your mousse in a resealable jar that can go in the freezer.

Place your jar in the freezer for at least 2 hours.

Step 3:

After 2 hours of rest in the freezer, your mousse is ready to be served.
